The “Download Sidebar” widget area controls the content on the on right hand column of a single Download. If you have changed the noun from “Download” to another term this area will be called “{Noun} Sidebar”
By default no widgets appear in this area, creating a full-width Download page. Add widgets under “Appearance > Widgets > Download Sidebar” to control this area.
